County Jail Bookings

The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 12:50 p.m. Friday – Rachel Ranae Chalmers, 29, Coldwater, Mich., arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $792.88.

• 1:27 p.m. Friday – JLA Kapri Cooper, 21, Chicago, arrested for possession of marijuana, identity deception and fraud. Bond: $5,250.

• 1:32 p.m. Friday – Victor D. Fenner, 44, Chicago, arrested for identity deception and forgery. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:07 p.m. Friday – Rasean Demone Fenner, 27, Chicago, arrested for forgery. Bond $5,250.

• 2:14 p.m. Friday – Carmen Melillo Jr., 28, of 903 E. Clark St., Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,000.

• 2:38 p.m. Friday – James Wesley Griffin, 27, Chicago, arrested for forgery and identity deception. Bond: $5,250.

• 2:46 p.m. Friday – Jorge Suastes, 20, 2032 Lynn Lane, Warsaw, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600.

• 4:20 p.m. Friday – Mark Edward Blankenship, 47, of 2507 Glad St., Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 4:50 p.m. Friday – Tyler Lee Landrum, 19, of 103 Millers Drive, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.

• 5:17 a.m. Friday – Juan Arzola, 59, of 515 E. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.



Incident

• 12:22 p.m. Friday – Fellowship Mission, 1500 block of Winona Avenue, Warsaw,  reported the theft of a bike. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
