The following people were sentenced in Kosciusko Circuit Court with Judge Michael Reed presiding: 
• Ryan Mclaughlin, 20,  of 1756 S. CR 400W, Warsaw, sentenced to three years in the Indiana Department of Corrections for dealing in methamphetamines. 
• Todd Hensley, 47,  of 3349 E.?East Ridge Drive,?Warsaw, sentenced to 10 months in jail for intimidation and possession of paraphernalia.
The following people were sentenced in Kosciusko Superior Court I with judge David Cates presiding: 
• Joshua Ryan Auer,  22 of 212 W. First St., Milford, sentenced  to two years at Serenity House to be followed by 1-1/2  year  of probation for domestic battery, residential entry and battery with moderate bodily injury. Auer will receive 12 days of jail time credit. 
• Glen Gregory Ashby Sr., 64, of  665 Walter Way, Warsaw,  sentenced to four years of probation for  fraud on a financial institution. 
The following new actions have been filed in Kosciusko?County Superior I with Judge David Cates presiding:
• Latasha Ibarra v. Michael Yann,?Fort Wayne. Plaintiff seeks  unspecifed damages from a car accident. 
The following new actions have been filed in Kosciusko?County?Superior Court II with Judge Torrey Bauer presiding:
• Warsaw Health System v. Loren Laird, CR 200S, Warsaw. Plaintiff seeks $6,767.93 due on a medical account.
•Warsaw Health System v. Kathryn Lee, 56B Lane, Leesburg. Plaintiff seeks $12,637.35 due on a medical account.
