 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.
• 2:03 p.m. Thursday – Harry Caudill, 72, of 7849 N. CR 400E, Leesburg, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 4:36 p.m. Thursday – Matthew Lee Guiff, 45, of 3085 W. Ind. 114, North Manchester, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 5:16 p.m. Thursday – Kylee Jo Fenstermaker, 30, Rochester, arrested  for probation violation. No bond set. 
• 5:43 p.m. Thursday – Jacob Lewis Larkin, 24, of 507 Dolan Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.
• 5:51 p.m. Thursday – Joshua Dean Richardson, 32, of 347 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for manufacturing meth, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of meth and possession of precursor. Bond: $10,250.
• 6:16 p.m. Thursday – Tracy Marie Bogner, 31, of 347 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft, manufacturing meth and on a civil warrant. Bond: $10,750.
• 6:43 p.m Thursday – Jonathan Cary Davis, 61, North Webster, arrested for exploiting an endangered adult and failure to appear. Bond: $10,250.
• 6:57 p.m. Thursday – Brandy Martha Coburn, 30, Elkhart, arrested for check deception. Bond: $281.80.
• 8:40 p.m. Thursday –  Ashley Nichole Wilhelm, 33, of 4389 N. Ind. 13, Leesburg, arrested for invasion of privacy. No bond set.
• 1:25 a.m. today – Cody Ray Hart, 30, Rochester, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $500.
• 1:27 a.m. today – Niccole Marie Paschall, 35, of 452 S. Main St., Nappanee, arrested for counterfeiting. Bond: $5,750.
• 1:54 a.m. today – Sterling Ray Templeton, 36, of 453 S. Main St., Nappanee, arrested for counterfeiting. Bond: $5,750.

• 12:46 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of CRs 350E and 450S, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Tammy Bentley, 40, Woodland Lane, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 2:31 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Rosewood Drive and Ind. 15, Warsaw. Car hit utility pole. Driver: Luke Marshall, 17, CR 450S, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD. 
• 4:07 p.m Thursday – 1306 E. Center St., Warsaw. Hit-skip. Driver remaining: Tracy Coleman, 44, Bronson Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 1:44 a.m. Thursday – A resident reported a violation of a protection order in the 3500 block of North Barbee Road, Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 
• 12:12 p.m. Thursday – Police responded to a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of Turkey Creek Drive, Milford. Milford Police Department  investigated. 
• 1:35 p.m. Thursday – A resident turned in a lost gift card in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street,?Warsaw. WPD. 
• 1:38 p.m. Thursday – A resident reported a civil matter to police in the 200 block of North James Street, Milford. MPD.
• 3:12 today – Police responded to a resident making suicide threats in the 400 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw. WPD.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
