The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 11:06 a.m. Thursday – Dana Ann Honeycutt, 38, Rochester, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $600. 
• 12:10 p.m. Thursday – Todd Robert Valentine, 40, of 306 E. Lynwood, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 1:36 p.m. Thursday – Tyler Craig Harkins, 27, of 1673 N. Vicky Lane, ?Warsaw., arrested for battery. Bond: $600.
• 4:12 p.m. Thursday – Glynda Jones, 50, of 729 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $827.
• 4:57 p.m. Thursday – Michael Anthony Meadows, 47, Jacksboro, Tenn., arrested for forgery. No bond set. 
• 6:38 p.m. Thursday – Dylan Connor Davis, 21, of 640 Deerfield Path, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of theft and maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $6,450. 
• 6:57 p.m. Thursday – Abigail Irene Cuban, 21, of 640 Deerfield Path, Warsaw, arrested for maintaining a common nuisance. Bond: $5,250.

• 9:26 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of   East Center and North High streets, Warsaw, Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kirk Drury, 63, Sand Dollar Drive, Warsaw; Adrianna Sanchez, 33, River?Avenue, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 
• 5:22 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of  Anchorage Road and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Drivers: Christian Lopez, 34, CR 200N, Warsaw; Vernon Galloway, 60, Ind. 13, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
