 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 10:02 a.m. Tuesday – Ronald Eugene Rodriguez, 38, of 1692 E. CR 200N, #127, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $6,000.
• 2:05 p.m. Tuesday – Joshua Michael Bellamy, 25, of 1108 W. Canal St., Winona Lake, arrested for theft. No bond set.
• 5:33 p.m. Tuesday – Irene Renee Hapner, 46, of 311 Madison St., #4, North Webster, arrested for official misconduct. Bond: $5,250.
• 6:29 p.m. Tuesday – Shane Lee Senter, 41, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #143, Warsaw, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 11:40 a.m. Tuesday – 1301 W. Winona Ave., Warsaw. Car hit fence. Driver: Karlie Seitz, 18, Miami Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 2:38 a.m. Tuesday – A resident reported an invasion of privacy in the 9500 block of Adams Road, Pierceton. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 10:29 a.m. Tuesday – An employee of Cigarettes Plus reported a theft in the 800 block of North Lake Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 1:28 p.m. Tuesday – A Menards employee reported an attempted theft of tools in the 1100 block of Husky Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:29 p.m. Tuesday – A resident reported an invasion of privacy in the 3400 block of North Detroit Street,?Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:43 p.m. Tuesday – A resident reported a violation of a protective order in the 3100 block of CR 200S, Warsaw. KCSD.
