Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Number 1 Stop Bait & Tackel Requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Residential to Commercial District, the Following Real Estate, located at East of SR 13 north of 350 N, Key Number: 005-102-051 in Tippecanoe Township. And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of land in the East half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwast corner of State Park on State Road 13; thence Southwest along the right-of-way of State Road 13, 212 feet; thence due East 205 feet and 5 inches; thence in a Northwesternly direction parallel with State Road 13 for a distance of approximately 212 feet to the South line of State Park; thence due West 205 feet 5 inches to the Place of Beginning.
This Change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the Purpose of Commercial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordiance.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw, IN On Wednesday, February 1, 2017 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
