NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
    Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Lyle Faulkner II Requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From a Residential to Commercial District, the Following Real Estate, located at South side of South side of State St. and 240' East of Walnut, Etna Green, Key Number: 012-060-045 in Etna Township. And Described As Follows, To Wit:
    A tract of land being a part of the Southeast Quarter of Section 27, Township 33 North, Range 4 East, 2nd P.M., Etna Township, Kosciusko County, Indiana and being a part of the land of Lamoine Carroll & Lucille Carroll & Ralph Houghton (Deed Record 207, Page 125, O/R). Said tract of land also being Lot Number 6 and Lot Number 7 and part of Lot Number 5 in the vacated plat of Jordon's Addition to Etna Green, Indiana, containing 0.29 acres more or less, more particularly described as follows:
    Commencing at the intersection of the Centerline of Old U.S. Highway 30 and the North-South half section line of said Section 27; thence East 33 feet; thence South 03 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East, 50.4 feet to the South right-of-way line of Old U.S. Highway 30; thence North 87 degrees 57 minutes 00 seconds East, along said South right-of-way line, 126.00 feet to an iron pipe; thence continuing North 87 degrees, 57 minutes 00 seconds East, along said South right-of-way line, 18.66 feet to the point of curvature of an 11 degree curve; thence Southeasterly along said curve to the right 15.40 feet, said curve having a radius of 521.67 feet and subtended by a chord 15.40 feet long on a bearing of North 88 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds East, to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence continuing Southeasterly along said South right-of-way line and along said curve to the right 98.34 feet, said curve being subtended by a chord 98.3 feet long on a bearing of South 85 degrees 20 minutes 17 seconds East, to a 1/2 inch iron bar and the Point of Beginning; thence continuing along said South right-of-way line and along said curve to the right, 123.37 feet, said curve having a radius of 521.67 feet and a chord 123.09 feet long a a bearing of South 72 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East, to an iron pipe; thence South 05 degrees 42 minutes 30 seconds East, 85.00 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence South 88 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds West, 119.50 feet to a 1/2 inch iron bar; thence North 03 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds West, 124.58 feet to the Point of Beginning.
    This Change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the Purpose of Commercial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordiance.
    This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw, IN On Wednesday, February 1, 2017 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard.  Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
