Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Mark Dillon Requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agricultural to Commercial District, the Following Real Estate, located at East of north side of 350 N & 205' East of SR 13, Key Number: 005-102-002 in Tippecanoe Township.And Described As Follows, To Wit:
A tract of real estate situate in the Southeast Quarter of Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 33 North, Range 7 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of a tract of real estate conveyed by Don F. Lyon et ux to Len E. Maciejewski, by Warranty Deed dated December 2, 1975, recorded December 3, 1975, in Deed record 260, at page 547, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana; running thence Northeasterly along the East line described in the above referenced deed, 212 feet, more or less, to the Southerly line of the Indiana Highway State Park; thence North 60 degrees 29 minutes East along the Southeast line of said park and said line extended Northeasterly, 293.22 feet, more or less, to an iron pipe on the West line of the tract of real estate described as Tract 1 in a certain Warranty Deed from Leonard G. Baugher et us to Howard L. Kimes et ux dated April 19, 1977, recorded May 2, 1977, in Deed Record 269, at page 444, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana; running thence South on the West line of said Kimes' tract described in said deed to the South line of the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of said Section; thence West on the South line of said Quarter section to the Place of Beginning.
This Change is requested to permit the above described real estate to be used for the Purpose of Commercial Uses as defined in the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordiance.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Court House, 100 W Center St., Warsaw, IN On Wednesday, February 1, 2017 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
