The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 8:47 p.m. Friday – Ryan Scott Hernandez, 35, Plymouth, arrested for  operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:25 a.m. Saturday – Brandon Cole Munson, 36, of 608 W. North St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 6:24 a.m. Saturday – Anthony Jacob Muniz, 23, Garrett, arrested for unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, auto theft, possession of a legend drug and theft. Bond: $10,250.
• 11:04 a.m. Saturday – David Allen Stuckman, 45, Albion, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 7:42 p.m. Saturday – John Alexander Hutchison. 46, of 108 E. Walnut St., Claypool. arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 11:33 p.m. Saturday – Preston Michael Gibson, 28, of 303 E. John?St., Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 2:17 a.m. Sunday – Kenneth David McGravey, 24, of 362 N. Roosevelt St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:42 p.m. Sunday – Jamie Nicole Albert, 27, of 2176 N. CR 875W, Etna Green, arrested on two civil warrants and battery with a bodily injury. Bond: $1,478.
• 6:04 p.m. Sunday – Taylor Ann Lemaster, 25, of 2176 N. CR 875W, Etna Green, arrested on three counts of failure to appear and on a civil warrant. Bond: $2,812.
• 8:40 p.m. Sunday – Rex Charles Lewellen, 52, of 9814 N. CR 500E, Syracuse, arrested for possessing a firearm as a violent and dangerous felon. Bond: $15,250.
• 11:46 p.m. Sunday – Michael Angel Islas, 67, of 947 E. Sheridan St., Warsaw, arrested for battery with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,250.
• 11:57 p.m. Sunday – Rachel Elizabeth Oldaker, 30, of 10402 S. Ind. 15, Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear, theft, attempted to commit a felony and battery. Bond: $10,950.
• 1:57 a.m. today – Christopher Harper Paine, 44, of 2552 Woodland Trail, Warsaw, arrested for intimidation with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,500.
• 4:24 a.m today – Kevin James Prather, 29, of 321 Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse, arrested for driving while being classified as habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:21 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Husky Trail and Kuder Lane, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collison. Drivers: Kate Zakutansky, 22, Orchard Drive, Winona Lake; Lizbeth Robles, 18, CR 200N, Warsaw. Injury: Robles complained of pain to her entire body. Damage: $25,000 to $50,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:11 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of Ind. 19 and CR 500S, Mentone. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Austin Holloway, 23, Ind. 19, Akron; Travis Shull, 17, Ind. 19, Mentone. Injury: Shull complained of pain in his entire body. Damage: $25,000 to $50,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 5:06 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and Ind. 19, Etna Green. Car hit deer. Driver: Jason Elliott, 41, CR 375E, Warsaw. Damage: $750 to $1,000. KCSD.
• 7:41 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and CR 1300S, Silver Lake. Car hit deer. Driver: Micah Archer, 33, Roann. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

• 5:34 p.m. Saturday – Police responded to a report of sexual assault at a massage parlor in the 700 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:46 p.m. Saturday – A resident reported criminal mischief in the 400 block of Kincaid Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:30 p.m. Saturday – A resident reported a stolen Playstation® in the 9800 block of North Lincoln Road, Syracuse. KCSD.
• 12:48 p.m. Sunday – A resident reported harassment in the 900 block of East Raintree Road, Warsaw. KCSD.
• 1:50 p.m. Sunday – A Meijer employee reported stolen jewelry in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 5:36 p.m. Sunday – A Freedom Oil employee reported a theft of cigarettes in the 800 block of East Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
