The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 2:35 a.m. Thursday – Elizabeth Kay Stump, 34, of 322 N. CR 900E, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $343.
• 5:32 p.m. Thursday - Joshua John Hamilton, 35, of 928 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic violence in the presence of a child. Bond: $6,000.
• 10:12 a.m. Friday – Chandi Renae Ratliff, 30, of 26 EMS B53 Lane, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $158.
• 10:27 a.m. Friday – Tashia Ann Day, 33, of 513 N. Tucker St., Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 10:30 a.m. Friday – Robert R. Mansfield III, 42, 1100 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.
• 11:02 a.m. Friday – Casey William Whitehurst, 27, of 13970 Elm Road, Bourbon, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. No bond set.

• 10:52 p.m. Thursday – Report of theft of $100 in the 100 block of Mulberry Drive, Syracuse. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 11:22 a.m. Friday - Report of a theft investigated in the 1300 block of Bluebird Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
