 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 12:42 p.m. Monday – Christopher Paul Martin, 43, of 409 W. Catherine St., Milford, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:42 p.m. Monday – Tyler Dane Sheetz, 31, of 321 S. High St., Warsaw, arrested for a drug court violation. No bond set.
• 6:06 p.m. Monday – Brandon Derrick Carr, 31, of 9680 E. Excalibur Place, Cromwell, arrested on five counts of failure to appear and one count of failure to pay. Bond: $6,384.
• 6:50 p.m. Monday – Piedad Cacahua, 44, of 1682 E. CR 200N, #176, Warsaw, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $600.
• 7:04 p.m. Monday – Stephen Tyler Walsh, 20, of 9015 S. Hohman Lane, Claypool, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 6:10 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of North Syracuse-Webster Road and CR 800N, North Webster. Car hit deer. Driver: Taisha Helton, 24, EMS D24 Lane, Syracuse. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 7:33 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 25 and CR 400W, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Louanne Weber, 65, CR 1000S, Akron. Damage $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
• 10:29 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Fort Wayne and Detroit streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Melanie Martin, 35, Nina Lane, Warsaw; Noelle Daley, 39, Timberline Circle, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

• 7:17 p.m. Monday – Intersection of McKenna Road and CR 650E, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Amanda Stookey, 34, EMS B24 Lane, Pierceton. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

• 12:31 a.m. Saturday – Police investigated money stolen from Lucky’s Tavern in the 500 block of South Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 8:20 a.m. Saturday – A resident reported an incident of battery in the 1500 block of East Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:36 p.m. Saturday – A resident reported a domestic battery in the 100 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 6:17 p.m  Saturday – Police responded to a report of shots fired in the 100 block of EMS W23C Lane, North Webster. KCSD.
• 1:11 p.m. Monday – A resident reported criminal mischief in the 200 block of Roy Street, Winona Lake. Winona Lake Police Department investigated. 
• 2:06 p.m. Monday – Police responded to a resident making suicide threats in the 600 block of Union Street,?Warsaw. WPD
