 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 9:49 a.m. Thursday – Nathan Alan Horn, 25, Columbia City, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600. 
• 11: 26 a.m. Thursday – Jerod Wayne Turpen, 31, of 3171 Deerfield Path, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.
• 1:39 p.m. Thursday – Rodney Carl Hubbard, 47, Jackson, Ohio, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $15,000. 
• 3:02 p.m. Thursday – Wayne Thomas Lewis, 24, South Bend, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:41 p.m. Thursday – Shannon Scott Hodges, 53, of 4818 S. Scott Road, Claypool, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700. 
• 4:46 p.m. Thursday – Laura Marie Vanlake, 29, of 5858 W. Kingfisher Drive, Mentone, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 4:57 p.m. Thursday – Tracey Lynn Gagnon, 46, of 405 E. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.
• 6:26 p.m. Thursday – Shayne Marco Thomas, 38, of 1520 W. Winona Ave., Winona Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond $183.50.

• 5:05 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Colfax and East Market Streets, Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle, registration information unvailable. Driver: Adolfo Palacios, 48, South Main Street,?Etna Green. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 
• 11:56 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of East Center and Harrison streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Shelley Knepp, 37, East Pierceton Road, Warsaw; William Gordon, 71, South Country Club Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 7:21 a.m. Friday – A resident reported two missing persons in the 11400 block of North Executive Drive, Syracuse. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
