 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 9:59 a.m. Thursday – Frank Bailey, 41, of 115 EMS W30 Lane, North Webster, arrested for operater never licensed, burglary, auto theft and theft. Bond: $10,460.
• 11:01 a.m. Thursday – Maurice Ball, 25, Fort?Wayne, arrested for driving without a license. Bond: $600.
• 12:32 p.m. Thursday – Dwayne Taylor, 48, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $283.50.
• 1:35 p.m. Thursday – Michael Nicholas Watson, 27, of 10 EMS 35B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for burglary, theft and auto theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:59 p.m. Thursday – Kylie Danae Skaggs, 24, of 2405 Western Drive,?Winona Lake, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.
• 2:48 p.m. Thursday – Mark Aaron Eason, 27, Elkhart, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:16 p.m. Thursday – Aaron Michael Rhoades, 34, of 288 S. CR 900E, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $15,000. 
• 5:06 p.m. Thursday – Justin Lee Kelley, 33, Kendallville, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $600.
• 10:09 p.m. Thursday – Dannell?Albright, 21, Rochester, arrested for fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $6,500.
• 10:21 p.m. Thursday – Sheldon Glen Albright, 21, Rochester, arrested for fraud on a financial institution. Bond: $6,500.

• 7:33 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of  Lake City Highway and Silveus Crossing, Warsaw. Car–semi collision. Drivers: Joseph Bumgardner, 50, Jacksonville, Fla.; Crystal Gilbert, 32, Pickwick Drive, Syracuse. Injury: Gilbert complained of pain to her entire body. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:25 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 25 and CR 200S, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Charlene Gray, 60, Ogden Road, North Manchester; Daniel Holland, 61, Ind. 15, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD. 
• 8:14 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of CR 500E and Defreese Road, North Webster. Car ran off road and hit guardrail. Driver: Jordan Cassatt, 20, Ind. 13, North Webster. Damage; $2,500 to $5.000. WPD.
• 7:10 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Winona Avenue and Indiana Street, Warsaw. Car hit dog. Dog was not found. Driver: Randy Price, 59, Dausha Court, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
