 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:55 p.m. Tuesday – Thaddeus Dewayne Thornburg, 22, LaPorte, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $183.50.
• 5:23 p.m. Tuesday – Caleb Michael Devine, 24, of 326 Eisenhower Parkway, Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery and interfering with reporting a crime. Bond: $6,000.
• 6:29 a.m. today – Blaine Alfred Hutcherson, 46, of 7403 S. Terrace Drive, Claypool, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

• 2:02 p.m. Tuesday – 2532 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Car hit parked vehicle registered to Edward Esqueda, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Driver: Spencer Britton, 15, South Woodfield Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000.  Warsaw Police Department investigated. 
• 2:38 p.m. Tuesday – 6772 Ind. 13, North Webster. Two-vehicle collision. Driver: Janet Bitner, 74, East Hatchery Road; Frances Zahn, 89, Sawgrass Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD. 
• 6:19 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of McKinley and East Market Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Driver: Andrew Childs, 20, Parker Street, Warsaw; Jackie Rich, 56, CR 250S, #116, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 1:54 Tuesday – A Wal-mart employee reported a theft of clothes in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard. WPD.
• 7:13 p.m. Tuesday – A resident reported a stolen truck in the 200 block of East Palm Drive, Syracuse. Syracuse Police Department investigated. 
• 7:47 p.m. Tuesday – A resident reported a violation of no contact order in the 9500 block of East Adams Street, Pierceton. KCSD. 
• 8:20 p.m. Tuesday – Police investigated a vehicle that got stuck on a large rock in the 8000 block of CR 500N, Leesburg. KCSD.’
• 11:09 p.m. Tuesday – A resident turned in an abandoned cell phone to police in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne, Warsaw. WPD. 
•1:03 a.m. today – A resident reported harassment in the 1500 block of Country Club East, Warsaw. WPD.
