 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
•1:48 p.m Friday –. William Emry, 34, Marion, arrested for theft. Bond: $600. 
•2:13 p.m. Friday – John Edgar Craig, 32, 213 E.?Walnut St., Silver Lake, arrested for theft Bond: $600.
• 7:58 p.m. Friday – James Allen Rose, 26, Wabash, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50. 
• 1: 32 a.m. Saturday – Kevin Rodriguez, 20, of 3762 W. Old Road 30, #42E, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 7 p.m. Sunday – Cheryl Joyce Deeds, 31, of 407 W. Boston St., #3, Syracuse, arrested for battery, disorderly conduct and  criminal trespass. Bond: $600.
• 8:39 a.m. Sunday – Andrew Ryan Davis, 25, of 1506 Tippecanoe Drive, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set. 
• 4:13 p.m. Sunday – Rodney James Crittendon, 47, of 7220 INd. 13, North Webster,  arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 3:13 a.m. today – Charles David Shepherd, 27,  of 9776 E. CR 600S,  Claypool, arrested for two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $979.50.
