• 11:02 p.m. Friday – April Dawn Frazier, 41, Peru, Ind., arrested for possession of precursor and on a warrant. No bond set.
• 11:17 p.m. Friday – Morgan Brittney Boehme, 24, Peru, Ind., arrested for theft and possessing a precursor. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:43 p.m. Friday – Blaine Alfred Hutcherson, 46, of 7403 S. Terrace Drive, Claypool, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:43 a.m. Saturday – Barbara Trott, 49, of 46 EMS B6 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:19 a.m. Saturday – Daniel Richard Walker, 22, of 2106 Brookfield Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700. 
• 3:15 a.m. Saturday – Braxton Lee Myers, 22, of 111 N. Huntington St., Syracuse, arrested for counterfeiting and false informing. Bond: $5,750.
• 3:25 a.m. Saturday – Cameron Lee?Castle, 21, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $450.
• 3:49 a.m. Saturday – Sadra Kay Long, 21, Rochester, arrested for public intoxication. Bond: $450.
• 10:41 a.m. Saturday – Todd Douglas Warren, 53, of 1 EMS B37 Lane, Warsaw, arrested  on two counts of failure to appear and one count of failure to comply. Bond: $790.50.
• 12:21 p.m. Saturday – Joshua Benjamin Moody, 31, of 5533 N. Warsaw-Oswego Road, Warsaw, arrested on two civil warrants and failure to appear. Bond: $1,283.50.
• 1:10 p.m. Saturday – David Dittman, 34, of 4117 Heron Blvd., Warsaw, arrested for battery with a deadly weapon. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:12 p.m. Saturday – Lena Janae Morris, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 4:06 p.m. Saturday – Nancy Sanchez, 39, of 3787 N. CR 900W, #192, Cromwell, arrested for check deception. Bond: $375.
• 9:07 p.m. Saturday – Ashley Michelle Cummins, 27, of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, #139, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 2:45 a.m. Sunday – Tessla Anne Stephen, 21, of 3757 N. CR 900W, #49, Cromwell, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600. 
• 3:41 a.m. Sunday– Brian Albert Hatfield, 33, of 3776 N. CR 175E, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:16 today – Michael Combs, 27, of 309 E. Main St., #A, Mentone, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $257.46.

• 9:42 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of South Country Club Road and CR 400S, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision.?Drivers: Saturnino Perez, 55, Goshen; Ethan Merkel, 20, Winona Beach Drive, Warsaw. Injuries: Merkel complained of pain to his lower leg; Tabitha Merkel, 19, a passenger in Merkel’s vehicle, complained of pain to her entire body; Andrew White, 20, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, a passenger in Merkel’s vehicle, had minor bleeding to his face. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 12:01 p.m Saturday – 7344 Ind. 15, Claypool. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Jose Pichardo, 54, Poughkeepise, N.Y.; James Horvath, 61, South Bend. Damage: $750 to $1,000. KCSD.
• 4:45 p.m. Saturday – 3638 Commerce Drive, Warsaw. Car hit a parked vehicle registered to Hailey Francis, Tecumseh Street, Warsaw. Driver: Khyren Titsworth, 18, EMS T34 Lane, Leesburg. Damage $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
• 5:47 a.m. Sunday  – Intersection of CR 300N, and Fox Farm Road, Warsaw. Car hit embarkment. Driver: Jacob Slone, 19, Copeland Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
• 8:36 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of CR 500S and Fox Farm Road, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Toni Rodriguez, 33, Fellowship Drive, North Manchester. Damage $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.

Two separate petitions before the Warsaw Plan Commission on Monday dealt with properties near or along North Detroit Street (Ind. 15) north of U.S. 30.
