• 11:17 p.m. Friday – Morgan Brittney Boehme, 24, Peru, Ind., arrested for theft and possessing a precursor. Bond: $5,250.
• 11:43 p.m. Friday – Blaine Alfred Hutcherson, 46, of 7403 S. Terrace Drive, Claypool, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:43 a.m. Saturday – Barbara Trott, 49, of 46 EMS B6 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:19 a.m. Saturday – Daniel Richard Walker, 22, of 2106 Brookfield Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.

Injuries: Merkel complained of pain to his lower leg; Tabitha Merkel, 19, a passenger in Merkel’s vehicle, complained of pain to her entire body; Andrew White, 20, South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, a passenger in Merkel’s vehicle, had minor bleeding to his face. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
