• 3:04 p.m. Tuesday – Matthew Alan Lucas, 39, of 2601 West Side Drive, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:36 p.m. Tuesday – Chad Anthony Hurley, 22, of 6181 N. CR 925E, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 9:29 p.m. Tuesday – Mark Edward Thurman, 46, of 3762 W. Old 30, #90E, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and probation violation. Bond: $600.
• 9:42 p.m. Tuesday – Jason Lee Busz, 36, of 316 S. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 1:40 a.m. Tuesday – Michael Scott Goble, 24, of 630 S. Zimmer Road, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 2:17 a.m. Tuesday – Steven Isaiah Swick, 29, of 713 North Ridge Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600. 
• 2:58 a.m. Tuesday– Tara Ott, 38, of 3825 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, possession of meth and possession of marijuana. Bond: $5,250. 
• 2:58 a.m. Wednesday – Marie Lynn Hurley, 29, of 4827 S. Packerton Road, ?Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.
•10:10 a.m. Wednesday – Cassandra Lynn Grindle, 41, of 2482 S. CR 400E, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 1:44 p.m. Wednesday – Tyron Ree Bland, 27, South Bend, arrested for false informing. Bond: $492.
• 3:01 p.m. Wednesday – Robert Alan Raiman, 65, of 66 EMS T13B Lane, Leesburg, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450. 
• 3:34 p.m. Wednesday – Carlita Scott, 26 , Maywood, Ill., arrested for credit card fraud. Bond: $5,000.
• 3:58 p.m. Wednesday – Taylor Scott Fletcher, 22, of 610 N. Union St., Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $6,000.
• 7:51 p.m. Wednesday – Travis Ray Osbun, 38, of 3475 E. Genesee Lane, Cromwell, arrested for criminal trespass. $600.
• 8:08 p.m. Wednesday – Christopher Jacob Orr, 19, of 907 E. Fort Wayne St., Warsaw, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250. 
• 8:45 p.m. Wednesday – Joshua Thomas Kasson, 24, of 208 S. James St., Milford, arrested for possession of marijuana, three counts of unauthorized entry of a motor vehicle, and failure to appear. Bond: $4,000.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.
