County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail: 
• 1:21 p.m. Tuesday – Ulysses Francis, 74, of 725 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for dealing a narcotic. Bond: $10,250.
• 4:27 p.m. Tuesday – David Earl Evans, 61, of 1755 E. Boulder Drive, Warsaw, arrested for child molestation. Bond: $50,250.
• 4:38 p.m. Tuesday – Kerry Edward Fribley, 31, of 301 E. Himes St., North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 6:48 p.m. Tuesday – Hailey Rachelle Charles, 25, of 2223 E. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $4.000. 
• 11:49 p.m. Tuesday – Scott Thompson, 30, of 211 W. Jefferson St., #A, Warsaw, arrested for criminal gang activity. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:24 a.m. today – Kyle William Hamman, 18, of 4416 W. CR 525S, Claypool, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

Accidents
• 5:26 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Fort Wayne and Cook streets, Warsaw. Fire truck hit a parked vehicle  registered to Florian Will, East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Driver: Brent Fifer, 35, CR 450E, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 
• 9:55 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Ind. 13 and CR 150N, Pierceton. Car hit deer. Driver: Steven Richardson,  58, EMS T29 Lane, Leesburg Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 

Incidents 
• 5:10 a.m. Tuesday – A resident reported an auto theft in the 5000 block of CR 650S, Pierceton. KCSD.
• 3:11 p.m. Tuesday – A resident reported a theft of power tools in the 300 block of West Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 9 p.m. Tuesday – A Meijer employee reported a theft in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
