He is survived by his father, Randall Grindle; his mother, Amber Burnworth; three brothers: Jorge Burnworth and Ricky Grindle, both at home, and Keith Grindle, his twin; two sisters: Calissa Grindle and Breanna Macey, both at home; grandparents: Doyle and Vicki Burnworth, South Whitley; Tori and Pat Blocher, North Webster; Steven and Laura Smith, Sandwich, Ill.; and great-grandparents: Larry and Lorretta Burnworth, Shipshewana, and Bill Elliott, Claypool.
He was preceded by a grandmother, Jill Cremeens, in 2005.
A private service is planned. Pastor J.C. Sparks of The River Worship Center, Warsaw, will officiate.
Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, is caring for the family.
