 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail. 
• 10:13 a.m. Tuesday – Christy Yavonne Ousley, 42, of 8280 E. U.S. 30, #30, Pierceton, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.
• 12:29 p.m. Tuesday – Stacie Leigh Schlichtenwyer, 31, Fort Wayne, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 12:52 p.m. Tuesday – Kerry Edward Fribley, 31, of 301 E. Himes St., North Webster, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:42 p.m. Tuesday – Caitlin Mary Downton, 28, of 3295 N. Old Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for operating a  vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 4:09 p.m. Tuesday – Chad Allan Henold, 29, of 1544 W. CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for false identity statement and failure to appear. Bond: $5,850.
• 4:52 p.m. Tuesday – Arie Vaughn Duff, 26, of 526 Clinic St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $400.
• 5:09 p.m. Tuesday – Derek Lee Corbran, 23, Laketon, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $536.
• 9:45 p.m. Tuesday – Andrew Michael Tolson, 25, of 3355 W. Ind 114, North Manchester, arrested for forgery and theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:46 p.m. Tuesday – Kelsie Ella Music, 23, of 3938 E. CR 400N, Warsaw, arrested for forgery. Bond: $5,250.

• 8:16 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 1200N and 825E, Sidney. Car hit deer. Driver: Cheryl Reith, 52, Pixie Parkway, Cromwell. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
