• 10:57 a.m. Tuesday – James Lee Koser, 23, of 501 Oldfather St., Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.

• 1:07 p.m. Tuesday – Ernest Bradley Dragoo, 46, of 138 North St., #A, Pierceton, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $10,250.

• 3:28 p.m. Tuesday – Morgan Paige Schneider, 21, of 4542 N. CR 1300N, Silver Lake, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.

• 4:21 p.m. Tuesday – John Leroy Miller, 40, Bluffton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $308.50.

• 7:35 a.m. Tuesday – East CR 1250N, 350 feet west of North East Wawasee Drive, Syracuse. Driver lost control of pickup, went off road and struck a NIPSCO utility pole. Driver: Dalton J. Perish, 18, North Candy Cane Lane, Cromwell. Injury: Perish complained of injury to his shoulder but refused medical transport. Damage: $2,500-$5,000 Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 6:06 a.m. Tuesday – West CR 1350N, 2,000 feet west of North CR 400W, Milford. Driver lost control of vehicle, spun sideways, went off roadway and rolled on side. Driver: Ricky A. Duchaine, 39, Turtle Bay Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 7:42 a.m. Tuesday – East Backwater Road, 1,000 feet east of CR 1000E, North Webster. SUV hit deer. Driver: Teresa R. Medina, 29, North Olive Street, Cromwell. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 8:26 a.m. Tuesday – North Parker Street, 500 feet south of Husky Trail, Warsaw. Two-car collision. Drivers: Angela B. Jarrett, 36, North CR 650E, Pierceton; Tracy L. Rippy, 54, Plymouth. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 9:01 a.m. Tuesday – West CR 400N, 32 feet west of North CR 150W, Warsaw. Driver lost control of SUV, left roadway and vehicle came to rest on its side. Driver: Amanda S. Herendeen, 37, North CR 200W, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 6:56 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East CR 1150N and East Camp Mack Road, Milford. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Jeb A. Freeman, 37, East CR 1050N, Milford. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 6:05 a.m. today – Intersection of West Market and South Lake streets, Warsaw. Van-pickup collision. Drivers: Scott D. Slone, 41, North Sycamore Street, North Manchester; Brent A. Long, 34, South Roosevelt Street, Silver Lake. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 11:46 a.m. Monday – A woman reported a theft from a motor vehicle in the 400 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2:17 p.m. Monday – A silver Husky was reported loose in the 300 block of East Catherine Street, Milford. It had no collar and was taken to the Syracuse animal shelter. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 9:17 p.m. Monday – An employee of Village Pantry in the 400 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, reported a person shoplifting candy bars. Value: $15.92. WPD.

• 10:25 a.m. Tuesday – An man  was arrested on an outstanding warrant in the 400 block of South Union Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:35 p.m. Tuesday – A license plate was reported stolen in the 2800 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:36 p.m. Tuesday – A residential entry was reported in the 500 block of West Pike Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 5:04 p.m. Tuesday – A theft of $2 and a debit card was reported in the 300 block of West Market Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:41 p.m. Tuesday – An officer took a report of a hit-and-run accident. KCSD.
