Notice is hereby given, that the Kosciusko County Area Plan
Commission shall hold a public hearing on a petition filed by Sawn
Senter requesting an amendments to the Kosciusko County Zoning
Ordinance, to reclassify froma Residential to Commercial District, the
following real estate, located on the East side of Trusdell Ave. and
North of SR 13., Key Number 007-062- 114 in Turkey Creek Township.
And described as follows, to wit:
THAT PART OF LOTS 10, 11 AND 12 IN THE RECORDED PLAT OF
“BRUNGE’S PARK” AS RECORDED IN THE RECORDS OF KOSCIUSKO
COUNTY, INDIANA AND PART OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION
16, TOWNSHIP 34 NORTH, RANGE 7 EAST, WHICH IS DESCRIBED AS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE EAST AND WEST QUARTER LINE OF SAID
SECTION WHICH IS SOUTH 88 DEGREES 45 MINUTES WEST, 897.60 FEET,
FROM THE CENTER OF SECTION 16; THENCE SOUTH 88 DEGREES 45
MINUTES WEST ALONG SAID LINE, 60.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 01 DEGREES
10 MINUTES WEST, 170.00 FEET TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT
NUMBER 10; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 45 MINUTES EAST, 60.00 FEET;
THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREE 10 MINUTES EAST, 170.00 FEET TO THE POINT
OF BEGINNING.
This change is request to permit the above described real estate to
be used for the purpose of commercial uses as defined in the
Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance. This hearing will be held in the
Comissioners Room in the Kosciusko County Courthouse, 100 W Center
St., Warsaw, Indiana on Wednesday, January 3, 2018 at 1:00 pm. All
interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. Written com -
ments will be considered if they are received in the Office of the
Kosciusko County, Area Plan Department, Court House, Warsaw,
Indiana, no later than 12:00 Noon on the day of the hearing.
