• 9:44 a.m. Monday – Jodi Jolean Phillips, 32, of 2441 W. CR 250S, #127, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 10:03 a.m. Monday – Russell Joseph Kearney, 48, Bremen, arrested for auto theft. Bond: $10,250.

• 10:40 a.m. Monday – Richard Daniel Williams, 17, of 202 S. Rowland Ave., Leesburg, arrested for robbery with a deadly weapon or body injury. Bond: $20,250.

• 11:20 a.m. Monday – Terry Allen Popenfoose, 54, of 560 N. Main St., North Webster, arrested for check deception. Bond: $100.

• 2:32 p.m. Monday – Nicholas Lee Finton, 31, Huntington, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 3:46 p.m. Monday – CJ Miles Miller, 35, of 7331 W. CR 800N, Nappanee, arrested for possession of meth. No bond set.

• 8:11 p.m. Monday – Adam Dewayne Gibbs, 22, of 3652 S. Bruner Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft and possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 10:59 p.m. Monday – Joshua Brant Hawthorne, 37, of 920 Anchorage Road, #97, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $304.50.

• 1:25 a.m. today – David Alan Shadd, 29, homeless, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $500.

• 1:50 a.m. Sunday – North Kings Drive, 280 feet south of East Pickwick Road, Syracuse. Brakes on SUV went out and hit mailbox belonging to Ruth Cook, North Kings Drive, Syracuse. Driver: Jamie L. Vanlue, 41, North Kings Drive, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 5:25 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of South Zimmer Road and White Industrial Drive, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Cory A. White, 28, North Camelot Lane, Cromwell; Sasha L. Hollett, 30, West CR 250S, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000-$25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 6:06 p.m. Sunday – East CR 450N, 2,500 feet west of North CR 925E, Pierceton. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Wes R. Weimer, 49, North Ind. 5, Cromwell. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 8:47 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Sheldon Street and Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw. Van-Warsaw Community School Corporation school bus collision. Drivers: Connie Davis, 69, Indian Trail, Warsaw; Michael Ferguson, 69, East Center Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. WPD.

• 4:48 p.m. Monday – East U.S. 30, 450 feet west of Old 30, Warsaw. Pickup-SUV collision. Drivers: Daman A. HIll, 39, East Pierceton Road, Warsaw; Lori K. Pennington, 16, Lexington Drive, Winona Lake. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:53 a.m. today – North Syracuse-Webster Road, 400 feet south of East CR 1200N, Syracuse. Car went off road, hit Kosciusko REMC utility pole and mailbox belonging to Michael Nordin, East CR 1200N, Syracuse. Driver: Carisa J. Addison, 33, South Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 3:46 a.m. Sunday – A driver of a truck stuck in a ditch was arrested for driving while intoxicated and possession of marijuana in the 8500 block of East CR 400N, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 2:03 p.m. Sunday – A man reported theft of tools and miscellaneous merchandise in the 1000 block of North Harrison Street, Syracuse. Value: $1,100. Syracuse Police Department investigated.

• 8:25 a.m. Monday – A man reported an auto theft in the 11400 block of North Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse. Value: $8,000. KCSD.

• 9:20 a.m. Monday – A woman in the 500 block of Clinic Court, Warsaw, reported a former boyfriend was making suicidal threats. KCSD.

• 10:06 a.m. Monday – A fraud to an elderly couple was reported in the 2200 block of South Julian Drive, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 10:39 a.m. Monday – A fight inside a residence led to the arrest of a Warsaw woman in the 2400 block of West CR 250S, Warsaw. KCSD.

• 10:58 a.m. Monday – An employee of Cunningham Optical in the 2900 block of Frontage Road, Warsaw reported a theft of merchandise. Value: $1,174. WPD.

• 2:17 p.m. Monday – A silver Husky was reported loose in the 300 block of East Catherine Street, Milford. It had no collar and was taken to the Syracuse animal shelter. Milford Police Department investigated.

• 9:17 p.m. Monday – An employee of Village Pantry in the 400 block of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw, reported a person shoplifting candy bars. Value: $15.92. WPD.
