• 7:08 p.m. Tuesday – William Sebastian Gonzalez, 43, Wasco, Calif., arrested for resisting law enforcement, using a vehicle. Bond: $5,250.

• 11:21 p.m. Tuesday – Jacob Rangel Lindo, 33, of 14388 N. CR 100W, Akron, arrested for driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content over 0.15 and operator never licensed. Bond: $700.

• 11:28 p.m. Tuesday – Bradley Allen Trostle, 32, of 920 Anchorage Road, #36, Warsaw, arrested for Community Corrections/home detention violation. No bond set.

• 3:13 a.m. Wednesday – Steven Ray Bennett Jr., 29, of 6446 W. Old 30, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $397.

• 3:28 a.m. Wednesday – Aaron Kinser Brubaker, 34, of 1818 Sharon St., Warsaw, arrested on five counts of failure to appear and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $1,747.50.

• 11:32 a.m. Tuesday – A woman reported a theft in the 400 block of Chinworth Court, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:51 p.m. Tuesday – A woman reported a juvenile left home without permission in the 1300 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:54 p.m. Tuesday – Report of a theft in the 6400 block of East CR 300N, Warsaw. Among the items taken were a freezer, treadmill, motorcycle helmet, vehicle parts and Barbee dolls. Value: $835. KCSD.

• 7:37 a.m. Wednesday – A woman reported the theft of a wallet in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw. WPD.

• 2 p.m. Wednesday – Shoplifting was reported in the 400 block of North Main Street, North Webster. North Webster Police Department investigated.

• Midnight today – A burglary was reported in the 4100 block of North CR 100E, Warsaw. Items included a handgun and $1,000 in cash. KCSD.
