The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 11:29 a.m. Friday – Tony Bryon Slone, 36, of 419 S. Indiana St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 12:23 p.m. Friday – Adriana Murillo, 40, of 1692 E. CR 200N, Warsaw, arrested for compulsory school attendance violation. Bond: $450.

• 12:28 p.m. Friday – Trina Marie Vandusen, 33, of 27 EMS B59 Lane, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with schedule I and schedule II controlled substances. Bond: $700.

• 1:31 p.m. Friday – Kaylan Ruth Ann Mikel, 22, of 920 Anchorage Road, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $165.

• 2:01 p.m. Friday – Tracy Lee Bickel, 56, of 50 EMS B4 Lane, Leesburg, arrested for theft and dealing meth. No bond set.

• 2:17 p.m. Friday – Nicholas Ronson Duff, 36, Wakarusa, arrested on a warrant in a civil matter. Bond: $1,000.

• 2:52 p.m. Friday – Benjamin Michael Stewart, 44, of 9564 N. Sandpoint Drive, Cromwell, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.

• 3:02 p.m. Friday – Tracy R. Crum, 37, of 12638 S. CR 200W, Silver Lake, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $1,107.

• 3:25 p.m. Friday – Roger James Coleman, 44, of 9 EMS D4 Lane, Syracuse, arrested for driving while suspended and failure to stop at an accident. Bond: $500.

• 4:30 p.m. Friday – Kenneth Khiry Dugan, 27, Galveston, arrested for dealing marijuana. No bond set.

• 4:57 p.m. Friday – Justin Ray Lock, 35, of 2311 W. CR 350W, Warsaw, arrested for auto theft, failure to appear and held for court. Bond: $5,533.

• 8:22 p.m. Friday – Brenda Joyce Kreis, 65, of 304 S. Main St, Claypool, arrested for domestic battery. Bond: $1,000.

• 7:46 a.m. Thursday – Ind. 15, north of South Southwood Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Melissa M. Baker, 38, Main Street, Silver Lake; Rafael M. Villalon, 62, East Rochester Street, Akron. Injuries: Baker complained of pain to her foot. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 2:20 p.m. Friday – East CR 1000N, east of North Hasse Court, Syracuse. Car swerved to miss dog, hit pole and highway sign. Driver: Roger J. Coleman, 44, EMS D4 Lane, Syracuse. Injuries: Coleman suffered minor lacerations to his forehead and hands and refused medical attention. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. KCSD.

• 3:17 p.m. Friday – Ind. 15, north of West CR 600S, Claypool. Pickup hit fence, overturned. Driver: Harry G. Crosser, 63, Frontage Road, Warsaw. Injuries: Crosser complained of pain to his head. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:06 a.m. Thursday – West CR 700S, west of South CR 600W, Warsaw. Car hit fence pole. Driver: Jose A. Rivera, 16, South CR 300E, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. KCSD.

• 4:24 p.m. Thursday – Ind. 15N, north of West Clearwater Drive, Warsaw. SUV-pickup collision. Drivers: Rebecca P. Lowe, 54, Burkhart Drive, Warsaw; Keith A. Miller, 67, CR 48, Syracuse. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 3:27 p.m. Thursday – A man was picked up on a warrant in the 2100 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 9:13 a.m. Friday – 7900 block of West CR 400N, Warsaw. Damage to a utility pole was reported. KCSD.
