• 11:40 p.m. Wednesday – Wesley Mark Morris, 58, Irving, Texas, arrested for driving a motor vehicle while intoxicated and refusal to submit to chemical testing. Bond: $15,000.

• 3:01 p.m. Thursday – Claude Arthur Dutcher Jr., 53, of 3104 E. Wooster Road, #75, Pierceton, arrested for check deception. Bond: $176.06.

• 3:37 p.m. Thursday – Jeremy Paul Mitchell, 31, of 600C, N. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 4:44 p.m. Thursday – Chasity B. Skaggs, 26, Peru, Ind., arrested for theft and check deception. Bond: $695.

• 5:22 p.m. Thursday – Thomas Joseph Neata, 32, of 1728 S. Blue Spruce Road, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 6:13 p.m. Thursday – Rebekah Ashley Kuluba Norman, 25, of 536 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $398.50.

• 10:31 p.m. Thursday – Joshua Joe Niccum, 39, of 4934 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.

• 11:59 p.m. Thursday – Timothy Eugene Rottger, 43, of 10018 N. CR 400E, Syracuse, arrested for rape. Bond: $20,250.

• 3:05 p.m. Thursday – 2501 Walton Blvd., Warsaw. Van-car collision. Drivers: Marilyn L. Anglin, 83, West Crystal Lake Road, Warsaw; Carole J. Keele, 73, West Hillcrest Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:22 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Ind. 15 and West Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Car hit ambulance registered to Community Health Systems, Dubois Drive, Warsaw. Drivers: Rebekah L. Searer, 29, EMS B61 B1 Lane, Warsaw; Jeffrey M. Lewis, 24, Taurus Drive, South Whitley. Damage: $5,000-$10,000. WPD.

• 4:25 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Parker and East Center streets, Warsaw. Car-SUV collision. Drivers: Mallory B. Caldwell, 20, Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw; Lisa Cavert, 71, EMS T34 Lane, Leesburg. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 5:39 p.m. Thursday – 1250 Husky Trail, Warsaw. SUV backed into unoccupied parked car, registration unknown. Driver: Joyce A. Bostic, 68, Tanager Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. WPD.

• 6:12 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of South County Farm Road and East CR 450S, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: William M. Hyde, 44, East CR 850S, Claypool. Damage: $2,500-$5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 3:24 a.m. today – North Ind. 13, 1,000 feet north of East CR 900N, Syracuse. Pickup hit deer. Driver: Lonnie L. Sroufe, 42, Shawnee, Ohio. Damage: $1,000-$2,500. KCSD.

• 12:12 a.m. today – A woman called for service for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon. WPD.
