• 8:20 a.m. Tuesday – Charles Aaron Slone, 37, of 822 E. Arthur St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery involving someone under 14. Bond: $6,000.

• 10:12 a.m. Tuesday – Shelby Ann Shepherd, 43, of 8991 E. CR 350N, Pierceton, arrested for theft and possession of meth. No bond set.

• 11:18 a.m. Tuesday – Marilene Joy Bontrager, 41, Goshen, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.

• 12:13 p.m. Tuesday – Aziz Akhtamovich Akhropov, 30, Parma, Ohio, arrested on a fugitive warrant. No bond set.

• 1:38 p.m. Tuesday – John Calvin Robinson, 37, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 12:29 a.m. today – Dutch Johnson, 38, homeless, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 7:12 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of U.S. 30 and East Center Street, Warsaw. Three- vehicle accident. Drivers: Candace J. Wolkins, 73, South CR 325E, Warsaw; Micheal A. Dejonghe, 56, Britton, Mich.; Kevin J. Hamstra, 39, East Ridge Valley Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:31 a.m. Tuesday – East Prairie Street, east of South Buffalo Street, Warsaw. Two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Michael M. Pappas, 17, North Brook Boulevard, Warsaw; Gloria Martinez, 40, East Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.

• 1:04 p.m. Tuesday – 7190 Hilltop Road, near Claypool. Two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Raymond L. Spencer, 31, Rochester; Thomas L. Beck, 31, South Bend. Damage: $,1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.
