• 11:14 a.m. Monday – William Joseph Stoll, 56, South Bend, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.

• 2:28 p.m. Monday – Shonda Marie Burchett, 39, of 2441 W. CR 250S, Warsaw, arrested on two charges of check deception. Bond: $1,536.

• 3 p.m. Monday – Shanie Lanae Logan, 26, of 9512 S. CR 750W, Claypool, arrested for failure to appear and disorderly conduct – noise. No bond set.

• 5:16 p.m. Monday – Earl Hillis Smith Jr., 63, of 304 N. James St., Milford, arrested for criminal conversion. Bond: $600.

• 11:54 p.m. Monday – Tyler Jordan Jeckert, 26, of 207 N. Oak St., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,250.

• 6:21 a.m. Monday – South Ind. 15, south of West CR 600S, Claypool. Car hit deer. Driver: Angela M. Bucher, 57, East Calhoun Street, Claypool. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 6:58 a.m. Monday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and West CR 350N, Warsaw. Two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Austin W. Ferguson, 24, East Clark Street, Warsaw; Scott A. Hunter, 17, East CR 750N, Leesburg. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 7:22 a.m. Monday – East Bucher Drive, west of North CR 300 East, Syracuse. Wawasee School Corporation bus backed into a parked vehicle registered to Christopher S. Scheeren, East Bucher Street, Syracuse. Driver: James Hite, 72, North Hoss Hill, North Webster. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. KCSD.

• 8:30 a.m. Monday – 300 block of West Jackson Street, Mentone. Car struck house. Driver: Eileen F. Bowser, 90, West Jackson Street, Mentone. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. KCSD.

• 8:08 p.m. Monday – U.S. 30, west of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Jonathon A. Gaff, 37, Frontage Road, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 6:51 a.m. Monday – Intersection of South Ind. 25 and West CR 200S, Warsaw. Two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Judith A. Parkison, 78, West CR 200S, Warsaw; Randall D. Garlock, 54, Rochester. Injury: Parkison suffered facial injuries and was taken to a hospital. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. KCSD.

• 6:52 p.m. Monday – Intersection of East Center and North Detroit streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle accident. Drivers: Robert C. Savage, 87, Pam Street, Warsaw; Jerald J. Womack, 55, Hepler Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Womack complained of shoulder and knee pain and was taken to a hospital. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

Atwood Otterbein Church To Celebrate 98th Anniversary
ATWOOD – The congregation at Atwood Otterbein Church will celebrate the 98th anniversary of the building of their church at 306 E. Main St., Atwood, on Sunday at their 9:30 a.m. service. The congregation celebrates its Heritage Day each May.
