LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC

    The City of Warsaw, Indiana (102 S. Buffalo Street, Warsaw, Indiana 46580) is submitting a Notice of Intent to the Indiana Department of Environmental Management for our intent to comply with the requirements of 327 IAC 15-5 to discharge storm water from construction activities associated with the Market Street Improvement project. The Market Street Improvement project consists of 4" of milling and asphalt overlay, in addition to a 10' concrete trail, 6' concrete sidewalk, an 8' parking lane, new concrete curb and gutter, streetlights, and inlets. Market Street is located in Warsaw Indiana and the project will take place from Hickory Street to 144' east of Bronson Street.

    Questions or comments regarding this project should be directed to the Warsaw City Planning and Zoning Department. Warsaw, Indiana.
