Joyce Diane Schwartz was born at 5:56 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2017, in Blessed Beginnings Care Center, Nappanee. She weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces, and measured 19¼ inches.

Grandparents are Lee Alan and Caroline Chupp and Lloyd and Mary Schwartz.

Joyce is the couple’s first child.
