The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:

• 5:58 a.m. Tuesday – Garland John Goble, 51, of 726 E. Fort Wayne St., #2, Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth, possession of paraphernalia and possession of a synthetic drug. Bond: $5,250. 

• 10:45 a.m. Tuesday – Kyler Lee Northup, 32, Garrett, arrested for auto theft and on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $5,617.

• 1:11 p.m. Tuesday – Nathan Daniel George, 31, of 223 W. Jefferson St., #8, Warsaw, arrested for strangulation. Bond: $5,250.

• 4:24 p.m. Tuesday – Rasheen Kamo Boyd, 25, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $500.

• 4:56 p.m. Tuesday – Timothy Bush, 34, of 1180 W. Lake St.,?Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set.

• 5:25 p.m. Tuesday – Jacob Clarence Fryback, 23, of 4449 N. Sullivan Road, Leesburg, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $15,000.

• 5:48 p.m. Tuesday – Brandon Lamarr Bolden, 24, of 604 S. Lake St., Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set. 

• 7 p.m. Tuesday – Justin Forrest Plank, 40, of 877 E. Northshore Drive, Syracuse, arrested for failure to stop after an accident. Bond: $500.

• 8:44 p.m. Tuesday – Phillip Colby Hicks, 46, of 106th 3rd St., Winona Lake, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $400.



Property Damage Accidents

• 7:51 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Old 30, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ashley Archer, 29, Fort Wayne; Meghan Warrix, 31, Fort Wayne; Samantha Metzger, 22, Marion. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 

• 11:20 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 600W and 800S, Mentone. Car swerved to avoid another a car and ran off the road and hit a ditch. Driver: Taylor Sleeth, 20, Claypool. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.



Incidents 

• 6:38 p.m. Tuesday – A woman reported criminal mischief in the 900 block of North Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:09 p.m. Tuesday – A person reported the theft of bedding and a gift card from Walmart in the 2500 block of  Walton Boulevard. WPD.
