• 6:41 p.m. Friday – Ruby Ann Staab, 37, of 6290 E. CR 400S, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $10,250.

• 7:48 p.m. Friday – Billy Jack?Brown, 44, of 4164 N. Allen Lane, Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set. 

• 8:31 p.m. Friday – Jesse Ryan Fugate, 35, of 1142 N. CR 300E, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $2,000. 

• 9:05 p.m. Friday – Rex Arthur Heirman, 55, of 2330 S. Lake Sharon Road, Warsaw, arrested for parole violation. No bond set. 

• 9:07 p.m. Friday – James Roberts Kern, 26, of 342 N. Main?St., North Webster, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, resisting law enforcement, failure to appear, auto theft and failure to appear. Bond: $3,000. 

• 11:42 p.m. Friday – Thomas Alan Sanders, 19, West Lafayette, arrested for possession of paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond: $600. 

• 1:44 a.m. Saturday – Elizabeth Ashley Walker, 38, of 317 N. Parker St., Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $765. 

• 2:33 a.m. Saturday – Niccole Marie Paschall, 35, of 333 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested on three counts of failure to appear. No bond set.

• 11:51 p.m. Saturday – Lawrence Lee Napier, 34, of 3371 Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated and driving while suspended. Bond: $700.

• 11:53 p.m. Saturday – Gil Fabian Rodriguez, 24, of 201 Baltimore St., Syracuse, arrested for criminal recklessness with a deadly weapon, intimidation with a deadly weapon and carrying a handgun without a license. Bond: $10,250.

• 12:47 a.m. Sunday – Felisha Christine Acosta, 20, of 1110 E. Main St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.

• 4:02 a.m. Sunday – Jennifer Ann Dawson, 42, of 719 W. Market St., Warsaw, arrested for domestic battery causing serious bodily injury and battery with a deadly weapon. Bond: $11,000.

• 7:18 p.m. Sunday – Aaron Lee Warren, 27, of 207 N. East St., Milford, arrested for battery with bodily waste on law enforcement and on three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $5,929.

• 12:01 a.m. today – Sara Jo Harris, 40, of 1624 Chapman Lake Drive, Warsaw, arrested for possession of a precursor. Bond: $2,500.

• 1:48 a.m. today – Kerry Lee Kern, 33, Garrett, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $264.

• 3:08 a.m. today – Gabriel Samuel Rhodes, 22, of 1203-1/2 E. South St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance. Bond: $600.



Property Damage Accidents

• 10:45 a.m. Saturday – Intersection of CRs 500W and 1100N, Nappanee. Car hit deer. Driver: Debra Hoke, 54, CR 500W, Milford. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.

• 1:21 p.m. Sunday – Intersection of North Crete and Santorini drives, Warsaw. Car hit street sign. Driver: Everett Thornsbury, 77, Hartzler Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.



Incidents 

• 10:46 a.m. Saturday – Police responded to a person making suicide threats in the 900 block of Detroit Street, Warsaw. WPD. 

• 8:34 p.m. Saturday – A person reported stolen firearms from a residence in the 900 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw.?WPD.

• 11:35 p.m. Saturday – Police responded to a report of a deceased 95-year-old  male in the 1800 block of Armstrong Road, Leesburg. KCSD.

• 3:35 p.m. Saturday – Police responded to a report of theft of money and a cell phone in the 1000 block of North Park Avenue, Warsaw. WPD. 

• 5:57 p.m. Saturday – Police responded to a report of underage drinking in the 1600 block of East Main Street, Warsaw. WPD.

• 3:28 p.m. Sunday – Police responded to a report of missing medication in the 600 block of South Dixie Drive, North Webster.  North Webster Police Department  investigated. 

• 6:32 p.m. Sunday – A person reported an auto theft in the 1800 block of Oak Pointe Crossing, Warsaw. WPD.
