Jim Phillips and the former Betty Norris were married July 27, 1952, in Evangelical United Brethen Church, Warsaw.
Jim retired from Otterbein St. Marys Senior Lifestyle Community, St. Marys, Ohio. Betty is a homemaker.
Their children are Dr. Stephen (Rachael) Phillips, Upland, and Dr. Brad (Mary Kay) Phillips, Lexington, Ky. They have six grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
The Phillipses are planning to celebrate their anniversary in Brown County with family.
