FORT MYERS, Fla. — Clara M. Sparks Rice, 92, passed away April 6, 2017, in Fort Myers.
Born June 30, 1924, in Big Cabin, Okla., Clara was the eighth child born to Benjamin F. and Rebecca Caroline Ketchum Sparks. She married Paul Rice in 1966 and he preceded her in death.
Clara is survived by son, Dale Rice (Mary Ann), and daughter, Joy Yankovich (Michael); three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brothers, Wayne Sparks, Gladstone, Ore., and Bill Sparks, Seattle, Wash.; and a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
A graveside service will be held at a later time in Warsaw.
Arrangements were by Akin-Davis Funeral Home, Fort Myers.
