• 12:46 p.m. Thursday – Charles Lester Skinner, 36, Goshen, arrested for probation violation. No bond set. 
• 1:46 p.m. Thursday – Matthew Robert Stewart, 23, of 2939 E. Joshua Drive, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:21 p.m. Thursday – Wayne Thomas Lewis, 24, Bristol, arrested for theft. No bond set.
• 3:14 p.m. Thursday – Jeremy Flores, 35, of 526 Anchorage Road, #C, Warsaw, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:33 p.m. Thursday – Jordan Alexander Scott, 26, of 5614 W. CR 800S, Claypool, arrested for bond revocation. No bond set.
• 4:05 p.m. Thursday – Charles David Shepherd, 27, of 8270 E. Riverson Road, Pierceton, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set.
• 4:43 p.m. Thursday – Kandi Jodean Erwin, 45, of 261 N. CR 225, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 7:44 p.m. Thursday – Matthew Lee Harman, 33, of 8499 S. County Farm Road, Claypool, arrested for intimidation. Bond: $1,000.
• 8:04 p.m. Thursday – William McCleary, 57, of 212 S. Union St., #B, Warsaw, arrested for battery causing bodily injury. Bond: $600.
• 9:39 p.m. Thursday – Travis Ray Osbun, 38, of 9970 E. Genesee Lane, Cromwell, arrested for disorderly conduct. Bond: $300.

• 12:32 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of Anchorage Road and North Detroit Street, Warsaw.   Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Eric Watkins, 22, Michaels Street, Warsaw; Martha Bruner, 62, CR 1000E, Akron. Injury: Jo Gamble,  69, CR 550N, Mentone, a passenger in Bruner’s vehicle, complained of pain in her left arm but refused medical treatment. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 4:04 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Ind. 15 and CR 600N, Leesburg. Driver: Alicia Carnes, 21, North Parks Schram Road, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 
• 11:30 a.m. Thursday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Orthopedic Drive, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Donald Locke, 96, East Center Street, Warsaw; Jared Arnold, 16, CR 100N, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 2:22 p.m. Thursday – Intersection of North Detroit Street and CR 350N, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Kayla Kessay, 25, Lake City Highway, Warsaw; Seth Deamaral, 24, Lake City Highway, Warsaw; Lindsay Senders, 31, East Market Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

Sheriff Addressed Issues In The Jail Since Taking Office
Once taking office I knew how important it was going to be to have the right leadership in every division of the office, and the jail was certainly no exception. Upon taking office, I appointed Lt. Kevin Gelbaugh as the jail commander and Chad Marsh as the assistant jail commander, and to say I am proud of all their work and accomplishments would be an understatement.

Two separate petitions before the Warsaw Plan Commission on Monday dealt with properties near or along North Detroit Street (Ind. 15) north of U.S. 30.
