• 1:46 p.m. Thursday – Matthew Robert Stewart, 23, of 2939 E. Joshua Drive, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $1,000.
• 2:21 p.m. Thursday – Wayne Thomas Lewis, 24, Bristol, arrested for theft. No bond set.
• 3:14 p.m. Thursday – Jeremy Flores, 35, of 526 Anchorage Road, #C, Warsaw, arrested for dealing a controlled substance. Bond: $10,250.

Injury: Jo Gamble, 69, CR 550N, Mentone, a passenger in Bruner’s vehicle, complained of pain in her left arm but refused medical treatment. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
