The game endured a lightning delay after just a half inning of play, and was then postponed after a heavy downpour. As of press time there was no makeup date scheduled.
Triton was leading 1-0 when the game went into the weather delay.
The Lady Trojans sent six batters to the plate in the first inning against Manchester pitcher Mattie McKee.
Taytum Hargrave started things off with a walk and later scored the game’s only run.
Nicole Sechrist, Triton’s cleanup hitter, ripped a double for the only hit of the visitors’ half of the inning.
McKee struck out one and issued two walks in the limited action.
Manchester is scheduled to host Columbia City Saturday, while Triton entertains HNAC opponent LaVille Monday.
