 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.
• 4:30 p.m. Tuesday – Billy Jack Fairland, 32, of 3020 E. Wooster Road, Pierceton, arrested for theft. No bond set.
• 7:02 p.m. Tuesday – Tracy Crum, 36, Huntington, arrested for possession of paraphernalia, false informing and failure to appear. Bond: $1,107.
• 8:35 p.m. Tuesday – Franklin Troy McGurie, 32, of 2889 S. Country Club Road, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250. 
• 9:47 p.m. Tuesday – Kaeli Lynn  Long, 21, of 209 Harrison Ct., Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $183.50.
• 11:26 p.m. Tuesday – Charles William Dove, 33, of 920 Anchorage Road, #38, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear, and theft. Bond: $5,000.

• 4:57 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Winona Avenue and North Bay Drive, Warsaw. Three-vehicle collision. Drivers: Teresa Saldivar, 20, Ellsworth Street, Warsaw; Malina Roberts, 22, CR 200W, Claypool; Lynnae Haan, 23, Bay View Drive, Warsaw. Injury: Aaron Case, 21, Mineral Springs Avenue, Winona Lake, a passenger in Roberts’ vehicle, companied of pain to his neck. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.

• 8:51 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of Old 30 and Lake City Highway, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Roopashree Vaidya, 37, Orchard Drive, Warsaw; Lydia Mason-Lindeman, 39, Lake Tahoe Trail, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.
• 2:46 p.m. Tuesday – 901 S Union St., Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Harlan Merchant, 67, Southwood Drive, Warsaw; Eileen Ransbottom, 66. CR 700S, Claypool. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 3:25 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of CRs 200N and 100E, Warsaw. Drivers: Michael Herrin, 38, Walton Boulevard, Warsaw; Kimberly Moyotl, 17, CR 200N, Warsaw. Damage $750 to $1,000. WPD.
• 5:57 p.m. Tuesday – Intersection of West Lake and North Warren streets, Warsaw. Two-vehicle collision. Drivers: Ryan Mast, 30, CR 300N, Warsaw; Cassie Santamaria, 26, Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
