 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.
• 2:25 p.m. Thursday – April Janel Hamb, 25, South Bend, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $400.
• 4:36 p.m. Thursday – Oscar Jose Jimenez, 25, of 510 E. Rochester St., Akron, arrested for corrupt business influence and theft. Bond. $16,000.
• 4:51 p.m. Thursday – Davon Dwight Williams, 27, Elkhart, arrested for resisting law enforcement Bond: $102,500. 
• 7:03 p.m. Thursday – Larry Ellis Konkle, 50, of 1108 Fisher Ave., Warsaw, arrested for possession of meth and parole violation. Bond: $5,250. 
• 7:47 p.m. Thursday – Ray Edward Saylor, 27, Fort Wayne, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 7:51 p.m. Thursday – Scott James Johnston, 47, of 1422 E. Harkless Drive, Syracuse, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.50.
• 8:13 p.m. Thursday – Shyra Denise Porter, 32, Fort Wayne, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $283.
• 8:17 p.m. Thursday – Kelsey Marie Brown, 23, of 1311 N. Park Ave., Warsaw, arrested for resisting law enforcement. Bond: $5,250. 
• 8:35 p.m. Thursday – Jodeann Marie Neher, 48, of 7342 W. CR 1150S, Akron, arrested for failure to appear, Bond: $6,000. 
• 8:43 p.m. Thursday – Mary Ellen Avery, 49, of 409 N. Washington St., #B, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 9 p.m. Thursday – Dennis Dean Meade, 49, of 2711 Marion Ave., Warsaw, arrested for driving while classified as a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 9:06 p.m. Thursday – David Michael Vela, 32, of 201 E. Pittsburgh St., Syracuse, arrested on four counts of failure to appear. Bond: $866.50.

Incident
• 9:07 a.m. Thursday – Police responded to a report of a truancy in the 900 block of East Fort Wayne Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
