Wesleyan Easter Service Times Announced
Warsaw Wesleyan Church invites the public to Easter services on Sunday.  
Services will be at 9 and 10:30 a.m. A nursery is available for newborns through age 3, Honeybees for children age 4 through kindergarten, and KIDZONE for children in grades 1 through 5.

Community Sunrise Service At Oakwood Inn
SYRACUSE — A community Easter sunrise service is planned for 6:30 a.m. Sunday at the Oakwood Hilltop Center, Oakwood Inn Resort and Conference Center.
The Rev. Pat Park will be preaching and Janet Norris will be singing.

Easter Services At Walnut Creek Announced
Walnut Creek Church will have Easter services at 9 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday.
The church is at the corner of Ind. 15S and CR 200S, Warsaw.

Sunrise Service, Breakfast At Claypool UMC
CLAYPOOL — Claypool United Methodist Church invites the public to its Easter services Sunday.
A sunrise service is planned at 7 a.m., followed by breakfast at 7:30 a.m. The Easter worship service will begin at 9 a.m.
Sunday school will not meet on Sunday.

Pierceton UMC Plans Holy Week Services
PIERCETON — Pierceton United Methodist Church has announced special services for Holy Week.
A Maundy Thursday is planned for 7 p.m. today, with a?Good Friday service at 7 p.m. Friday.
On Easter Sunday, a sunrise service will be at 7 a.m., followed by breakfast at 8 a.m. and the Easter worship service at 9 p.m.
Everyone is welcome to all services.
The church is handicap-accessible. Parking is in the back.

Beaver Dam UMC Easter Services Announced
AKRON — Beaver Dam United Methodist Church will have a sunrise service at 8 a.m. Sunday, followed by breakfast at 8:30.  
The Easter worship service is planned for 9:30 a.m.

Easter Celebration Services Today, Friday
CLAYPOOL — Full Gospel Tabernacle Church, Claypool, is  planning two services in celebration of Easter.
Pastor Ron Stambaugh, Waterloo, will be the special guest speaker tonight at 6:30. The service will include music by gospel group The Dotsons from Silver Lake.
A gospel concert is planned at 6:30 p.m. Friday featuring The Bakers from Means, Ky., along with The Dotsons.
The church is at 205 N. Main St., Claypool.

Community Grace Brethren Church is planning special services in honor of Easter weekend.
A Good Friday service will be at 7 p.m. Friday.

‘Living Last Supper’ Planned Tonight
WINONA LAKE — Winona Lake Free Methodist Church will present ‘The Living Last Supper” at 7 tonight.
The drama depicts the thoughts of the disciples on the night Jesus was betrayed. Everyone is welcome. Communion will be served.
On Sunday, the church will celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ. An early service will be at 8:30 a.m., followed by breakfast at 9:15 a.m. The Easter celebration worship service will be at 10:45 a.m.

SOUTH WHITLEY — A contemplative Good Friday service is planned Friday at South Whitley United Methodist Church.
The service will begin at 7 p.m.
The church is at 6685 Ind. 14, South Whitley.

Holy Week Events At Congregational Church
NORTH MANCHESTER —Congregational Christian Church has planned special services to recognize the life and death of Jesus Christ.
The Good Friday Tenebrae Prayer Service begins  at 7 p.m. Friday in the fellowship hall. The Tenebrae is an ancient Christian Good Friday service that makes use of gradually diminishing light to symbolize the events of that week. Candles will be extinguished as the account of Jesus’ betrayal, arrest, trial and Crucifixion is read, ending the service in the darkness of despair. Lauren Myers and Judy Stofleth will offer their rendition of “How Beautiful” by Twila Paris as part of the service.
Easter services will be at 9 and 10:30 a.m. Sunday. Highlights include music from the voice and bell choir, a presentation from the JUMP Children’s Church Bell Choir and a special from the Praise Team Band. Hospitality time between services will include pie, fruit and other treats.
Child care is provided for Sunday morning services.
