He was born on July 25, 1944, in Anderson, to Eldon Wallace and Mildred Margarete Holloway Moore.
He graduated high school. He retired from United Telephone of Florida after 38 years and moved to the Milford area in 2006 from Naples, Fla.
He is survived by a companion, Manuel “Manny” Alicia Jr., Milford; a stepsister; and stepbrothers.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
No services are planned. Cremation Services of Kosciusko County, Warsaw, is in charge of arrangements.
