 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.
• 1:54 a.m. Saturday – Kathleen Mary Coverstone, 59, of 3720 N. Prairie St., Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior and refusal to submit to a chemical test. Bond: $5,250.
• 2:43 a.m. Saturday ­ – Brandie Jean Briery, 24, of 3104 E. Wooster Road,  #29, Pierceton, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 2:53 p.m. Saturday – Timothy Barry, 29, Goshen, arrested for check fraud. Bond: $4,000. 
• 2:55 p.m. Saturday – Virgil Roy Dordon, 51, of 223 E. Jefferson St., #3, Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:13 p.m. Saturday – Randy Lee Richardson, 37, of 308 Calhoun St. South Whitley, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000. 
• 6:17 p.m. Saturday – Ricardo Conteras, 28, Bremen, arrested for reckless driving. Bond: $600. 
• 8:34 p.m. Saturday – Matthew Robert Stewart, 23, of 2939 E. Joshua Drive, Warsaw, arrested for criminal mischief and driving while classified as a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,850. 
• 9:03 p.m. Saturday – Tanya Renee Reinhart, 44, of 3757 N. CR 900W, #128, Cromwell,  arrested on a civil warrant. No bond set.
•5:59 a.m. Sunday – Diana Karen Saucudo, 20, of 3699 N. CR 175E, #180, Warsaw, arrested for battery with bodily injury, disorderly conduct noise and interfering with reporting a crime. Bond: $600.
• 11:48 Sunday – Ricardo Cacahua Ahuatl, 20, of 1992 E. CR 200N, #205, Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $450.
• 4:14 p.m. Sunday – Rodney Scott Duzan, 50, of 3986 N. Blue Heron Drive, Warsaw, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 4:59 p.m. Sunday – Tania Lynn Semons, 27, of 708 E. Syracuse-Webster Road, Syracuse, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $2,500.
• 7:40 p.m. Sunday – Terry Eugene Powell, 53, of 718B E. CR 1200N, Milford, arrested for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated with a prior. Bond: $5,250.
• 8:45 p.m. Saturday – Michael Shawn Combs, 27, Wabash, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $257.48.
• 9:48 p.m. Sunday ­ – Callie Chase Wynn, 18, of 616 W. Center St., Warsaw, arrested for illegal consumption of alcohol and theft. Bond: $800.
• 10:15 p.m. Sunday – Darrell Brookins, 47, of 308 W. Prairie St., Leesburg, arrested for check deception. Bond: $700.
•10:40 p.m. Sunday – Abigail Lee Pifer, 40, of 1790 Golf Heights Road, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. No bond set.

Accidents
• 12:38 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of East Center  and North McKinley streets, Warsaw. Drivers: Hildegard Fehlmann, 79, Bay Drive, Warsaw; Sheather Wolf,  48, Levi Lee Road, Warsaw. Injury: Wolf complained of minor bleeding to his face; Natosha Vincent, 28, CR 150W, Warsaw, a passenger in Wolf’s car,  was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital with a leg injury. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated. 
• 5:32 p.m. Saturday – Intersection of Center and Roosevelt streets, Warsaw. Drivers:  Nalli Rao, 78, North Lake Street, Warsaw; Tanner Swihart, 20, CR 350N, Warsaw. Injury: Swihart was taken to Luthern Hospital, Fort Wayne, with a hip injury. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

Property Damage Accident
•11:14 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of West Crystal Flash Road and North Hickory Street, North Webster. Drivers: Bridgett Goodyear, 24, Hickory Street,  North Webster; Steven Murray, 68, Muncie. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. North Webster Police Department investigated. 

Incidents 
• 4 p.m. Saturday – Police investigated a hit-skip in the 3100 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 3:31 a.m. Saturday – Police investigated a hit-skip in the 1300 block of Fisher Avenue, Warsaw.  WPD. 
• 6:37 p.m. Sunday – Police investigated a theft in the 1200 block of Lake City Highway, Warsaw. WPD.
• 8:40 p.m. Sunday – Police responded to a person making suicide threats in the 300 block of West Winona Avenue, Warsaw.
