County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.
• 4:56 a.m. Friday - Justin Lee Poe, 31, of 906 W. 3rd St., North Manchester, arrested for operating a vehicle while never having a license. Bond: $4,450.
• 10:53 a.m. Friday - Christopher Michael Spalding, 23, of 610 N. Thompson St., Bourbon, arrested for probation violation and possession of meth. No bond set.
Incidents
• 4:40 p.m. Thursday - A woman from Marshall County was arrested on a warrant in the 300 block of North McKinley Street, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:48 p.m. Thursday - A person reported a battery in the 10400 block of Green Avenue in Cromwell. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 10 p.m. Thursday - A person reported fraud and the theft of about $5,007. North Webster Police Department investigated.
• 11:36 p.m. Thursday - A person reported an attempted fraud in the 2100 block of South Ind. 13, Pierceton. NWPD.
• 7 a.m. Friday - Police investigated a case of invasion of privacy in the 100 block of North Parker Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 12:05 p.m. Friday - A person reported fraud and theft of $3,210 in the 100 block of South Main Street, North Webster. NWPD.
