The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail.  
• 6:53 a.m. Wednesday  – Brandon Lee Kistler, 33, of 3521 Lake City Highway, #135, Warsaw, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $913.
• 9:34 a.m Wednesday – Dustin Allen Sloan, 32, of  9462 N. Ind. 19 #38, Etna Green, arrested for two counts of failure to pay. Bond: $799.
•11:21 a.m. Wednesday – Nathaniel Christopher Johnson, 30, of 7406 Shoop Road, Pierceton, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 4:04 p.m. Wednesday – Raebecca Lynn Anderson, 19, of 8586 E. Rue Devils Road, North Webster, arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond: $600.
• 7:43p.m. Wednesday– Enrique Manuel Ramos, 41, of 1824 Michaels St., Warsaw, arrested for possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of cocaine and dealing marijuana. Bond: $10,250.
•11:23 p.m. Wednesday – James Artur Evans, 59, of 438 S. Columbia St., arrested for possession of marijuana. Bond; $300.

•11:24 a.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Anchorage Road and North Detroit Street, Warsaw. Hit-skip. Driver: Katyln Kays, 25, Nature View Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to 2,500. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
•2:58 p.m. Wednesday – 5232 E. Wooster Road, Warsaw. Driver hit parked car, registration information unavailable. Driver: Milford Stephens, 68, Justus Stephens Lane, Claypool.. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.
• 3:54 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of North Detroit and East Canal streets,  Warsaw. Drivers; William Riel,  71, New Haven; Alissa Compton, 18, Union Street, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD.
• 4:57 p.m. Wednesday – 2856 Frontage Road, Warsaw. Car hit deer. Driver: Graham Lyon, 20, Briar Ridge Circle, Warsaw.
