 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 1:37 p.m. Wednesday – Alfredo Perez Diaz, 52, of 4330 N. Old Ind. 15, #13, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 2:05 p.m. Wednesday – Bradley Scott Templin, 30, Kokomo, arrested for failure to pay. Bond: $733.50.
• 2:14 p.m. Wednesday  – Taylor Leigh Shanes, 24, of 12355 N. CR 800W, Silver Lake, arrested on a civil warrant and battery. Bond: $2,258
• 2:17 p.m. Wednesday – Daniel Kay Knecht, 28, of 6662 E. of CR 100N, North Manchester, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 3:11 p.m. Wednesday – Derek Robert?Fleckenstein, 38, Garett, arrested for battery with severe injury. Bond: $10,250.
• 4:07 p.m. Wednesday – Angie Marie Hanes, 37, of 536 Clinic Court, Warsaw,  arrested for possession of cocaine and possession paraphrenia. Bond: $5,250.
• 5:19 p.m. Wednesday – Todd Robert Valentine, 39, of 306 E. Lynwood Drive,?Syracuse, arrested for criminal mischief. Bond: $600.
•6:21 p.m.  Wednesday –Dororha Stephanie Tackett, 66, of 6384 S. County Farm Road, Claypool, arrested for criminal mischief and resisting law enforcement. Bond: $750
• 10:09 p.m. Wednesday – Perla Ayala, 20, of 3894  W. Old 30,  Warsaw, arrested for theft. Bond: $600.
• 12:58 a.m today – Brian Keith Knoll, 42, of  1404 Fox Farm Road, Warsaw, arrested for bulgary. Bond: $7,500.
• 1:10 a.m. today – Madison Chase May, 18, of 91 Sassafras Court, Warsaw, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250
Personal Injury?Accidents
•  4:01 p.m. Wednesday – Intersection of Lake City Highway and Old 30, Warsaw. Hit-skip. Driver remaining : Lee Newswanger, 53, South Third Street, Pierceton. Injury: Debra Newswanger,53, South Third Street, Pierceton. passenger in the car,  taken to Parkview Hospital with complaint of neck pain. Damage: Under $750. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 5:18 p.m Wednesday – 1750 Country Club, Warsaw. Car hit mail box and garage. Driver : James Holderman, 62, South Talley Ho Circle, Warsaw. Injury Holderman complained of back pain. Damage: $10,000 to $25,000.?WPD.

 •3:44 p.m Tuesday – 1500 Provident Drive,?Warsaw. Car hit parked car registered to Richard Booth, Granger. Driver: Corine Hudson,  72, North Lakeview Drive,?Warsaw. WPD.

* 12:10 p.m. Wednesday – Police responded to a domestic dispute in the 6300 block of South? County Farm?Road, Claypool. Kosciusko?County Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 2:27 p.m. Wednesday – A resident reported a debit card fraud in the 200 block of West?Main Street,Warsaw. KCSD.
• 3:27 p.m. Wednesday – A resident reported a  theft of a cell phone in the 200 block of West Main Street, Warsaw. KCSD.
•7:36 p.m. Wednesday – A lost broken Iphone 6 was turned in to police in the 100 block of CR 200 North. WPD.

Neighbors in the vicinity of Main and Bronson streets approached the Warsaw Traffic Commission Wednesday regarding a safety concern at that intersection.
