• 12:28 p.m. Monday – Stephanie Lynn Long, 35, Middlebury, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $56,684.
• 12:30 p.m. Monday – Ashley Lynn Carrotta, 30, Elkhart, arrested for fraud and theft. Bond: $5,850.
• 12:49 p.m. Monday – Chad Markharm, 30, Goshen, arrested for fraud. Bond: $5,250.
• 3:04 p.m. Monday – Randy Wayne Avery, 36, of 9455 E. Sleepy Hollow Parkway, Cromwell, arrested on a civil warrant. Bond: $1,000.
• 3:11 p.m. Monday – June Ann Johnson, 61, of 906 W. Third St., North Manchester, arrested for corrupt business influence. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:15 p.m. Monday – Shirley Ann Winkler, 79, of 906 W. Third St., North Manchester, arrested for corrupt business influence. Bond: $10,250.
• 3:45 p.m. Monday – John Leonard Glenn, 61, of 308 S. First St., North Manchester, arrested for corrupt business influence. Bond: $10,250.
• 5:07 p.m. Monday – David William Dean Blanton, 20, of 5205 E. Pierceton Road, Pierceton, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 5:40 p.m. Monday – Amber Lynn Burnworth, 32, of 544 Clinic Court, Warsaw, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $500.
• 6:21 p.m. Monday – Ramon Cristobal Santiago, 23, of 203 N. Oak St., Syracuse, arrested for a probation violation. No bond set.
• 8:02 p.m. Monday – Johnny Gomez, 50, of 501 W. Jefferson St., Warsaw, arrested for driving while suspended. No bond set. 
• 9:50 p.m. Monday – Jacob Michael Markinson, 33, of 212 S. Union St.,?Warsaw, arrested for battery with a bodily injury. Bond: $600.
• 10:49 p.m. Monday – William Joseph Starbuck, 30, of 105 W. Effie St., North Webster, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $283.

• 11:37 a.m. Sunday – Intersection of East Brown Road and East CR 300N, North Webster. Two-car collison. Driver: Chad Hurley, 32, East Clark Street, Warsaw; Justin Woldert, 29, South State Street, South Whitley. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department investigated. 
• 7:33 a.m. Monday – Intersection of South Buffalo Street and ?West Winona Avenue, Warsaw. Drivers: Ashley Blackburn, 19, West Dogwood Street, Warsaw; Anthony Metzinger, 51, Highland Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $5,000 to $10,000. WPD. 
• 1:05 p.m. Monday – 315 W. CR 350N, Warsaw. Car backed into a stop sign. Driver: April Gibson, 44, East Dellview Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $1,000 to $2,500. WPD.

• 7:06 p.m. Friday – A resident reported theft of medication in the 9300 block of South CR 750W, Claypool. KCSD.
• 1:08 p.m. Saturday – A resident reported a theft of a firearm in the 900 block of CR 900N, Milford. KCSD.
• 7:20 p.m. Saturday – A resident reported a juvenile runaway in the 1300 block of Husky Trail. WPD.
• 8:30 a.m. Sunday – A resident reported a credit card fraud in the 2700 block of CR 600E, Pierceton. KCSD.

• 4:46 p.m. Monday – Police responded to suicide threats in the 3200 block of Old Colony Road, Warsaw. WPD.

• 8:36 p.m Monday – A woman reported a battery in the 700 block of South Buffalo, Warsaw. WPD.
• 10:18 p.m. Monday – Police reported a suicide attempt in the 300 block of Sophie Lane, Warsaw. WPD.
