• 11:44 p.m Tuesday – Brodey Daniel Rhoades, 22, Columbia City, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
• 11:05 a.m. Wednesday – Shelly Yvonne Garrett, 47, of 850 Wakers Ridge, Warsaw, arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated. Bond: $700.
• 4:27 p.m. Wednesday – Rodney Dean, 59, of 221 N. Fort Wayne Ave., #C, Warsaw, arrested for driving while classified as a habitual traffic violator. Bond: $5,250.
• 6 p.m. Wednesday – Diane Brigette Beckwith, 43, South Bend, arrested for theft. Bond: $10,250.
• 6:44 p.m Wednesday – Noah Michael Miler, 36, of 10402 S. Ind. 15, #7, Silver Lake, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $400.
• 10:40 p.m. Wednesday – Cody Allen Hale, 28, of 425 Wexford Place, Warsaw, arrested for probation violation. Bond: $5,250.
• 1:26 a.m. today – Caleb James Jenkins, 18, of 2610 Harmony Court, Winona Lake, arrested for possession of meth. Bond: $5,250.

• 7:17 p.m Thursday – A resident reported a theft of cash in the 2500 block of Parent Drive, Warsaw. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 12:08 a.m today – A silver mo-ped was reported stolen in the 1300 block of West Center Street, Warsaw. WPD.
