Patricia K. Johnston, 70, Warsaw, passed away at 9:30 p.m. Sept. 20, 2016, at Mason Health and Rehabilitation Center, Warsaw. 
She was born June 1, 1946, to Milo W. and Edna Poirson Lightfoot in Marion. On April 20, 1963, in Pierceton, she was united in marriage to Paul Johnston, who survives in Warsaw.
She was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County.  
She retired from Zimmer Inc. after 34 years as a paralegal in the legal department. She was an advocate for CASA and a member of the Cruising Hoosier Car Club and Lambda Chi Omega sorority. She attended Pierceton United Methodist Church. She loved to sew.
She also is survived by a daughter, Pamela (and spouse Jeff) Grames, Milan, Ohio; four grandchildren: Timothy Linn and Tyler Linn, both of Fort Wayne, and Victoria and Keagan Grames, both of Milan; and two great-grandchildren, Karmon Linn, Pierceton, and Aiden Linn, Columbia City. She was preceded by her parents and a daughter, Penny Linn.
A memorial service will be at 7 p.m. Friday at McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Burial will be at Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw, at a later date.
Calling is from 2 to 4 and 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral chapel.
