Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Ricky Watters Requesting Subdivision and Plat Approval for the Following Real Estate, Key Number: 013-174-065.E and on the East side of Palestine Lane.And Described As Follows, To Wit:
TRACT I: Part of the North Half of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 32 North, Range 5 East, more particularly described as follows, to-wit:
Commencing at the Northwest Corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 34, Township 32 North, Range 5 East; thence North 88 degrees 05 minutes East 520.5 feet along the North line of said quarter quarter section to a railroad iron corner post; thence in a Southerly direction 258 feet, more or less, to the Southwest corner of the real estate conveyed by Warranty Deed from Shiloh Youth Camp, Inc., to an Indiana Not-For-Profit Corporation, to William C. Hanke and Dolores Hanke, husband and wife, dated _____________, 1977, and recorded August 8, 1977 in Deed Record 271, at Page 541, in the Recorder's Office of Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence East on the South line of said reference Hanke tract, 320 feet; thence South 315 feet, more or less, to the North line of Tract II hereinafter described; thence South 89 degrees 14 minutes West along the North line of said Tract II to its intersection with the Northerly line of the Plat of Bruner's Second Addition to Lakeview Park; thence North 69 degrees 45 minutes West along the Northerly line of said plat to Survey Point Lettered M in said plat; thence North 85 degrees 40 minutes West 105.8 feet to a Survey Point Lettered L in said plat; thence North along the East lne of the 30 foot platted road to said addition to the Place of Beginning, containing 2.15 acres, more or less.

Beginning at the Northeast corner of Lot Numbered 9 in Bruner's Second Addition to Lakeview Park, Palestine Lake, Kosciusko County, Indiana; thence North 67 degrees 00 minutes West 51.34 feet to an iron pin; thence North 69 degrees 45 minutes West 115.11 feet to an iron pin; thence North 89 degress 14 minutes East 181.73 feet to an iron pin; thence South 23 degrees 00 minutes West 67.72 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.13 acres, more or less.
This Hearing Will Be Held In The Commissioners Room On Wednesday, October 5, 2016 At 1:00 P.M. All Interested Persons Are Invited To Attend To Be Heard. Written Comments Will Be Considered If They Are Received In The Office Of The Kosciusko County Planning Department, Court House, Warsaw, Indiana, No Later Than 12:00 Noon On The Day Of The Hearing.
