Notice Is Hereby Given, That The Kosciusko County Area Plan Commission Shall Hold A Public Hearing On A Petition Filed By Mike Jefferson Requesting An Amendment to the Kosciusko County Zoning Ordinance, To Reclassify From an Agricultural to a Residential District, The Following Real Estate, located at 1840 S 500 E, Pierceton, Key Number: 009-079-006.B and on the South side of Wooster Rd. & 0' East of 500 E in Washington Township. And Described As Follows, To Wit:
Beginning at a point on the West line of said Southwest Quarter said point being situated North 00 degrees 00 minutes East (assumed bearing) a distance of 537.4 feet from the Southwest Corner of said Southwest Quarter; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes East, on and along said West line, being within the right of way of County Road 500 East, a distance of 461.8 feet to a railroad spike found at the point of intersection with the centerline of Wooster Road; thence South 90 degrees 00 minutes East, on and along the centerline of said Wooster Road, a distance of 260.3 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes West and parallel to said West line, a distance of 457.2 feet; thence North 90 degrees 00 minutes West, a distance of 260.3 feet to the point of beginning, containing 2.746 acres of land, more or less.
