County Jail Bookings
 The following people were preliminarily charged and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail:
• 10:01 a.m Tuesday – Jonahlyn Phaeth Quirk, 24, homeless, Warsaw, arrested for a probation violation. No bond set.
• 3:48 p.m Tuesday – Daniel Ray Morgan, 25, of 7957 W. CR 1200N, #4, Silver Lake, arrested for possession of paraphernalia. Bond: $600.
• 4:24 p.m. Tuesday – James Paul Grothaus, 22, of 2404 E. Longspur Lane, Warsaw, arrested for auto theft and probation violation. Bond: $10,500.
• 4:47 p.m Tuesday – Ronald Eash, 48, Elkhart, arrested on two counts of failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
• 6:23 p.m Tuesday – Rejon Marquelle Kemp, 18, of 27 Pequinot Drive, Pierceton, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.

• 9:29 p.m. Monday – Intersection of Fisher Avenue and South Lake Street, Warsaw. Two-car collison. Drivers: Ramakrishna Nmi Bhgavatula, 29, Collins Drive, Warsaw; Jessica Slone, 17, Lakeland Drive, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. Warsaw Police Department investigated.
• 6:26 a.m. Tuesday – Intersection of East Levi Lee Road and Old Ind. 15, Warsaw. School bus hit utility pole. Driver: Prudence Mejia, 45 North Columbia Street, Warsaw. Damage: $2,500 to $5,000. WPD.

• 6:59 a.m Monday – A resident reported criminal mischief to his or her mailbox in the 100 block of West Main Street, Atwood. Kosciusko County?Sheriff’s Department investigated.
• 10:15 a.m. Monday – A resident reported a cut to his pool liner in the 2000 Block of Deer Trail, Warsaw. WPD.
• 11:46 a.m. Monday – A resident reported the theft of cash in the 500 block of Clinic Street, Warsaw. WPD.
• 4:49 p.m Monday – A Wal-mart employee reported a theft in the 2500 block of Walton Boulevard, Warsaw.?WPD.
• 7:05 p.m Monday – A female reported a battery in the 3000 block of Inverness Point.,?Warsaw. WPD.
• 9:18 a.m Tuesday – A resident reported his 1997 Dodge Ram stolen in the 300 block of Market Street. WPD.
• 11:06 a.m. Tuesday – A resident reported a runaway in the 1300 block of East Island View Drive. WPD.

The first ever boys volleyball sectional tournament game for Warsaw came against a familiar playoff foe. Facing off against Penn, the Tigers battled valiantly for four sets, but were unable to finish things off in a 3-1 loss.
